Because our products are **printed on demand**, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind (where legally permitted).

## Damaged, defective, or incorrect
Contact {SUPPORT_EMAIL} within {DAMAGE_CLAIM_DAYS} days with order number and photos. We will offer replacement or refund as appropriate.

## EU withdrawal
The 14-day withdrawal right may not apply to made-to-order/personalized goods. This does not affect your statutory rights for defects.

## Refund timing
Refunds go to the original payment method (Stripe) within {REFUND_PROCESSING_DAYS} business days after approval.
